Avi is a fabulous teacher type. The patience she displays makes her a true gem. This girl will show any rider the ropes. Avi is schooled through 2nd level dressage and jumps X-rails through 3 feet.
Max (For Lease)
Max is a new addition to the BEC team. He hasn’t had a ton of formal training, but he is a smart boy that is enjoying being part of the program. He is suitable for advanced beginners and up. Although Max doesn’t have formal show experience, we know this boy will wow the judges. Max does have extensive trail experience. Max has plans of competing Starter and BN this summer!
Oliver (For Lease)
Oliver is the saint of all saints! He is arguably the best teacher in the barn! He has competed through Novice level eventing and the 2’9” jumpers but is best suited for lower level work now. Oliver does have a weakness behind, which limits him with what he can do and does not appear sound enough to compete at recognized events, but is great for schooling shows, etc.
Owen (For Lease)
Owen is the newest addition to the BEC team. He has extensive eventing experience through the Training level and is a great teacher type for an intermediate rider looking to advance their skills. Owen gets a handful of different supplements and requires yearly hock injections, but it is well worth it for the experience he offers!
Pixel (For Lease)
Pixel is a sporty 7-year-old pony that has competed through BN and schooled Training. Pixel is like riding a little sports car, so she’s best suited for a rider that can keep up with her and help her progress in her training. If you are a solid intermediate rider and looking to have fun and help Pixel progress in her training, then she might just be the perfect match for you!
Royce (For Lease)
Royce is a brand-new addition to the BEC program. He is a perfect teacher type and has been teaching children and adults to ride for years! He is suitable for eventing through Starter level. A great pony for the ambitious beginner to lease and improve their skills on!
Sid (For Lease)
Sid is a fabulous, been-there-done-that pony. He has taught literally hundreds of kids to ride, and we are so happy to have this special guy in our program. Sid is best suited for w/t/c and cross-rails through 18-inch fences. Sid is an older guy that gets some joint maintenance and Pergolide (a medication for Cushings, which is common in older horses and easily managed with medication). Sid’s routine medical, dental, and farrier bills are included in his lease.
Sterling (For Lease)
Sterling is a solid Training-level horse that is “game on” when it comes to jumping. He prefers a refined ride and has possibly the best canter in the barn. If you are a solid intermediate rider looking for a show partner for this coming year, Sterling might be your man. Sterling does require some additional maintenance and Pergolide to manage his Cushings, but he is well worth it.
